Tindle Newspapers announce corporate donation to support Industry Charity NewstrAid

Regional newspaper company, Tindle Newspapers Ltd, have announced that they will be supporting industry charity, NewstrAid, with a significant corporate donation.

The money will help the charity to continue their work in providing financial help, emotional support and practical advice to those working in the sale and distribution of newspapers and magazines and who are facing difficult times.

Neil Jagger CEO for NewstrAid, said: “We are thrilled that Tindle Newspapers are supporting the work of our charity with this fantastic corporate donation. NewstrAid has been supporting people from the newstrade for 185 years thanks to the financial generosity of businesses and individuals from all sectors of our industry and we are delighted that Tindle Newspapers will be joining this special group of industry donors to whom we are so very grateful.”

In 2023 NewstrAid supported nearly 800 people with regular financial assistance in addition to providing one off grants, emotional support and practical assistance to hundreds more.
